People has three tabs: Friends, Staff and Shop customers. Open someone to see their orders, what they owe and their history.
+ Order makes an order and reserves the cards. Record payment marks it paid. ➗ Split payment… records several parts at once (e.g. sats plus card).
Payments pay the oldest order first unless they are tagged to an order. Anything extra becomes their credit. Store credit & loyalty is at the top of People.
Friends who owe for longer than the days set in Settings → Payment reminders get a ⏰ badge and a 🔔 Remind button that prepares a friendly message for you to send. Nothing is sent by itself. Orders CSV exports all orders.
⭐ Showcase picks and 🔐 The Vault (card editor): a Showcase pick stays for sale and appears in the shop ribbon's ⭐ Showcase view; bundles have the same tick. The Vault (only while 💬 Make an offer is on) makes a card offers only: no checkout, shown with its asking price, never the floor. The ribbon's 🔥 Most popular uses shop analytics views (from Stats → Shop analytics on this device) and shop orders.
💰 Ways to save on the shop is built from the schemes you have on (Pick any N, bundle discounts, Make an offer, trade-ins, loyalty).
🔗 Price-source sites: sites with no price for a card are tucked behind a "Show N sites with no price" link under its prices; Settings → Price-source sites → Always show sites with no price to see them all.
🧺 Bundle & multi-buy discounts (Settings): % off by number of items in the shop basket (default 2 items 5%, 3 items 10%, 5+ items 20%), standard prices only, saved on the order. Pick any N deal cards are never discounted twice.
💬 Offers to buy (Settings → 💬 Make an offer): standard shop customers offer a price for the cards in their basket. Offers below the higher of what you paid and the fair market value are declined automatically (cost alone without an FMV; cards with neither come to you), and the floor is never shown. Accept makes an order at that price; you can also counter or decline.
💷 Match payments: paste PayPal “you received money” emails, or paste or open a bank statement CSV. Each payment coming in is matched to someone who owes you (name, amount, order number); press Record on each one you agree with, or pick someone else. Nothing is saved from what you paste, and long numbers (account, sort code, card) are cut out of the notes.
